Where design meets business strategy
DOUg Watson
Doug started his career in a slightly unconventional way, dropping everything and running away to the snowy hills of Banff. It was while working out West in the fast-paced world of restaurants that he realized one of his biggest business strengths - engaging customers to build brand loyalty.
Fast forward a few years and a few restaurants later and Doug did it again, pivoting from managing restaurants to assist in launching one of Canada's fastest growing customer review and lead generating apps for businesses. During the companies rise, Doug was responsible for a variety of roles including product development, customer acquisition and, employee training. As a result, the company currently employs over 50 people and has helped over 700 businesses succeed. Get this man a beer!
Now having stepped away from the day-to-day, Doug is able to apply these large-scale success stories to small and medium-sized local business.
Outside of work, you’ll find him teaching his kids about sports and listening to the Tragically Hip
Sarah Wright
Sarah started her career in hospitality as soon as she was old enough to hold a tray and has always thrived on deadlines (which probably explains why you'll never see her without a double espresso in hand).
After living abroad for most of her young adult life, Sarah moved to Toronto to complete a post-graduate diploma in Public Relations and Communications. She honed her writing skills as an editorial contributor at CityBites - a food and wine magazine distributed in the Globe and Mail. And it was a writing job for on-air personality and style expert Erica Wark that helped her transition into the world of styling - including commercials and music videos. Sarah's strong aesthetic and storytelling abilities are combined to create a unique visual narrative in all of her projects, which range from community management and website development to her design-focused print publication. She's had the pleasure of working with a variety of luxury brand clients including Macallan, Victorinox, FUJIFILM and Grand Marnier.
When Sarah isn't downloading new fonts or taking client calls you'll find her at the park trying rather unsuccessfully to teach her dog a new trick.
